2. Service Description

Spotlight allows users to upload video content for broadcast across screens in registered venues, subject to content moderation and payment.

3. User Obligations

You must be 18+ to use this service.
You agree not to submit harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
You guarantee ownership or rights to submitted content.

4. Payments

All transactions processed securely via Stripe.
Payments must be authorized by the account holder.
Refunds at Spotlight’s discretion only.

5. Content Moderation

Spotlight reserves the right to refuse or remove any content that violates policies or is unsuitable for public viewing.

6. Intellectual Property

Users retain rights to submitted content but grant Spotlight a worldwide, royalty-free license to display and moderate content.

7. Liability

Spotlight is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the particular submission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms or misuse of the platform.
